“Jordan at his best is the greatest that I’ve ever seen. But Jordan wasn’t this good for this long.”
He went on:
“Nobody has been as good for as long, meaning longevity—a sustained level of pristine excellence. LeBron James is the GOAT in that category.”
He added, “I don’t think LeBron’s best eclipses Michael Jordan’s best. … But in listening to Brian Windhorst bring up this nugget… that’s the reality. Jordan at his best is the greatest that I’ve ever seen. But Jordan wasn’t this good for this long.”
