On Wednesday night (November 11), the 32-year-old Only Murders In The Building actress took to Instagram to reveal an up-close snap of her large engagement ring with the caption “forever begins now”.

The star’s carousel also included a snap of her beaming from ear to ear while sitting on a blanket with picnic accessories – suggesting that Blanco, 36, popped the question during a romantic picnic.

The third photo showed a selfie of the ‘Rare’ singer looking close to happy tears as she covered her mouth with her left hand, and the final photo was a sweet picture of her showing off her ring for the camera as the producer wrapped his arm around her and kissed her head.

Blanco was ready to make their union official as he commented under the post: “Hey wait… that’s my wife.”

Many famous faces inundated the comment section with congratulatory messages to the happy couple.

Taylor Swift sweetly penned: “Yes I will be the flower girl,” while Jennifer Aniston wrote: “HONEY!! Congratulations sweet mama!”, and Cardi B commented: “Waiiiitttt hold on”

Gordan Ramsey quipped: “Congratulations to you both it must be the cooking,” and Lily Collins added: “Ahhhhhhhh yes yes yes!! Best news ever. Couldn’t be more happy for you both.”

The ‘Love You Like A Love Song’ singer also took to her Instagram Story to share a video of her FaceTiming somebody who is screaming with excitement as the star holds up her hand to the camera.

Gomez and Blanco started dating midway through 2023, keeping their relationship out of the spotlight for several months before going public.

During an appearance on The Howard Stern Show in May, the Grammy-nominated star told the host that he could see marriage with the Wizards of Waverly Place star in his future.

“When I look at her … I’m always just like, I don’t know a world where it could be better than this,” he said at the time.

Gomez also opened up about her relationship with the record producer to Apple Music’s Zane Lowe in February, saying: “Without getting into too much detail, I think it’s just really important to meet someone that respects you.

“And I think it’s really nice to also lean on someone who understands the world that I live in. But I’d have to say overall it’s the safest that I feel and it’s been really lovely and I’ve only grown through it, so it’s awesome,” she added.

Huge congratulations to Selena and Benny!
