Kylian Mbappe has put his uncertain future with Paris Saint-Germain to one side as he played games with disabled children as part of a charity day outside the Stade de France.

The French youngster hinted that he could move on from PSG this summer while accepting the Ligue 1 Player of the Year Award last week.

There are also reports of a bust up between Mbappe and team-mate Neymar but the former managed to turn his focus away from footballing matters for some charity work on Thursday.

The charity, Premiers de Cordée, offers chances to play sport for hospitalised children

Mbappe looked to be having fun as he tried to dribble round a number of the kids before refusing to tackle one as they embarked on a run towards goal during the match.

Wenger watched on from the sidelines as the action unfolded before the pair then posed with the group for a picture.

The charity, Premiers de Cordée, offers chances to play sport for hospitalised children and leads disability awareness campaigns for schools and businesses.

It remains to be seen whether Mbappe will still be in the French capital next season after he cast doubt over his future at the Ligue 1 end of season awards bash.

He said: ‘This is a very important moment for me, I am arriving at maybe the first or second turning point in my career.

‘I have learned so much here, and I feel it’s maybe the time to have more responsibility.

‘Maybe at PSG, that would give me great pleasure, or maybe elsewhere for a new project.’

Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger was also taking part during the event in Paris

The future of Mbappe and Neymar was placed under even more intensifying scrutiny after reports emerged that the duo have fallen out after losing the French Cup final.

According to Sport, Neymar’s criticism of the ‘young people’ in PSG squad upset the 20-year-old Mbappe, who felt it referred to him. Mbappe had just been sent off in the French Cup final defeat on penalties by Rennes.

Real Madrid are reportedly keeping a close eye on how things unfold and are prepared to make a move for whichever of the two strikers decides they must leave the Parc des Princes.

The La Liga giants are looking to recruit a host of stars following a disappointing campaign last season.

Eden Hazard and Paul Pogba are Zinedine Zidane’s top targets but Paris Saint-Germain forwards Mbappe and Neymar have been linked with moves to the Spanish capital.

The headline on the front page of Spanish newspaper AS on Thursday morning read: ‘Mbappe or Neymar, Florentino’s (Perez) challenge.’

It continued: ‘Wait for a guide of one or the other to enter to the top.’
