Catherine Zeta-Joes, 55, posted a black and white photo of herself posing in front of the bathroom mirror to commemorate her shared birthday with her husband, Michael Douglas.
“Like my birthday suit! I’m running out of gift ideas!” she joked.
The elegant image, which shows the actress wearing nothing but high heels and tousled hair, untouched by the morning sun, left her fans in awe, with many commenting on how beautiful she looked.
“Let’s be fair, if Catherine looks like this now, every day is Michael’s birthday!” wrote the fap.
“Listen, if my body looks like this at her age, I’ll post all the wishes and not care what you think,” said another.
Along with the publicity, Zeta-Joes shared a post-apocalyptic photo from 25 years ago in New York. The couple was photographed by businessman and art collector Jean Pigozzi celebrating their birthdays at 30 and 55, respectively.
“Happy birthday to Michael and me!” she wrote in the caption. “This is how we looked on this birthday 25 years ago! I love you with all my heart.”
Douglas also continued with his own tribute, posting a beautiful photo of his wife and a touching video where Zeta-Joes, accompanied by Bopo of U2, wished happy birthday while holding a modest cupcake with a single candle.
“To my birthday twin, I love you with all my heart!” Douglas wrote. “I wish you the best year of the year.”
The Oscar-winning power couple met at the 1998 Deauville Film Festival and became engaged just a year later, in December 1999. Their whirlwind romance culminated in the birth of their first child, Dyla, on August 8, 2000, allowing the baby to be present at his parents’ wedding ceremony just months later, in November of that same year. The couple welcomed their second child, Carys, on April 20, 2003.

“I met her at the bar, and she was the perfect gentleman,” Douglas said during an appearance on The Joe Ross Show . “I asked her, ‘Do you happen to want to have another drink?’”
When Zeta-Joes met him later that night, he told her, “You know, I’m going to be the father of your children,” which was well received by the actress, who told him she’d heard enough about him and ended the date.
Douglas, however, didn’t laugh. She had the letter of love waiting for her on the set of “Etrapmeet,” the film Zeta-Joes was set to film in Scotland.

While their relationship is known for its stability and strength over the years, the road hasn’t been without its bumps. The couple briefly split in 2013 before reuniting a year later.
“It can’t be a one-way street. But I really like it. And yes, I think all couples have their rough patches,” Douglas said on The Elle DeGeneres Show. “The only problem is that, as you know, we’re all in the public eye, and we tend to be a little more exposed than most. We’ve come back with more force than we used to.”
