Spanish goalkeeper David De Gea met Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes “just to”… troll his former teammate. De Gea has been unemployed since his contract with the Old Trafford team expired last summer after 12 years with the “red devils” of Manchester, Sun Sports (UK) reported.
Called out, former Chelsea and Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata joined in on the fun with his two former teammates, responding with a GIF from the film Dumb and Dumber. Notably, this isn’t the first time De Gea has returned to Manchester and met Bruno Fernandes since leaving Old Trafford.
David De Gea has been linked with Barcelona, Nottingham Forest and clubs from Saudi Arabia in recent times. However, no deals have been agreed and the 33-year-old Spanish goalkeeper is currently a free agent.
David De Gea has been enjoying his time off from playing by holidaying with his wife, singer Edurne, 38, and daughter Yanay, 3. He also occasionally hangs out with his former Manchester United teammates.
