The death of Charlie Kirk has been a hot topic of discussion all over the world. The left and right wings are divided about showing sympathy to him due to his controversial views over multiple issues.

Many names from the pro wrestling world have condemned what went down in Utah yesterday. WWE NXT wrestler Kale Dixon has been very vocal about the issue on his X account. Dixon sent prayers to Kirk when he was taken to the hospital. He posted:

“Praying for Charlie Kirk right now. This world needs the love of God more than ever right now” 

Many people on social media poked fun at Kirk’s death. This led to Dixon posting the following:

“Since I’m seeing so many people praising that a man was murdered, I’ll gladly speak up. If you condone or feel happy about an innocent person getting murdered because you disagreed with opinions on debated topics, I’ll pray for you too because that’s sick minded.”

Apart from Dixon, many other NXT wrestlers have condemned the shooting of Charlie Kirk. On the other hand, the brand’s General Manager Ava (The Rock’s daughter) shared a subtle message about what she felt about the incident recently on Instagram. She shared a tweet stating the following on her Instagram story:

“If you want people to have kind words when you pass, you should say kind words when you’re alive”

I’m not a political person but I am a proud American citizen and today was startling, saddening, and maddening all at the same time.. I’ve realized that I’m a bit naive to how crazy it all has become but watching a man get hunted and slayed in broad daylight because of his opinions made me disgusted and devastated.

This can’t be what we actually are or become as a country.. I believe that the good people will always outnumber the evil people but damn… today was an alarming day in our country’s history.
